As I was reading, I became more aware of what happens as I walk. I never gave it much thought before. I became aware of how my body relaxes, hence standing taller and my movements become smoother as I walk as the stress leaves my body.
The book was well written and contained a load of useful information. I really enjoyed reading the book and learning so much about my body. I am anxious to read more of her books on Stress Relief.
