My Review of Walking for Stress Relief

I chose Walking for Stress Relief because I am walker and I was curious about the book. I am one of those who knows I walk to release stress and thought I knew it all. What the book did for me was show me just how walking releases stress.

As I was reading, I became more aware of what happens as I walk. I never gave it much thought before. I became aware of how my body relaxes, hence standing taller and my movements become smoother as I walk as the stress leaves my body.

The book was well written and contained a load of useful information. I really enjoyed reading the book and learning so much about my body. I am anxious to read more of her books on Stress Relief.

  5. stress reduction may seem that there’s nothing you can do about stress reduction. The bills won’t stop coming, there will never be more hours in the day, and your career and family responsibilities will always be demanding. But you have more control than you might think. In fact, the simple realization that you’re in control of your life is the foundation of stress reduction management. Managing stress reduction is all about taking charge: of your thoughts, emotions, schedule, and the way you deal with problems.
